Data controller
The publisher of Marketing Strategy in Action is the data controller for processing determined by this site. The service currently offers no user account, contact form or newsletter. Editorial pages and the decision diagnostic can be used without identifying yourself.
Contact and publisher details are available in the legal notice. A rights request is handled only for the information needed to verify and answer that request.
Data processed to provide the site
Vercel, the hosting provider, processes technical information required to deliver and protect the service, including network requests, IP-related security data and technical logs. This processing supports availability, abuse prevention and incident diagnosis.
The site stores the audience-measurement preference locally on your device for six months. Rejection and acceptance are remembered with the same mechanism; that preference is not used to build an advertising profile.

Google Analytics only with your agreement
Google Analytics 4, property G-KGNVJ2KQLF, loads only after explicit consent. It measures page views, navigation paths and general technical characteristics of the visit. The legal basis for this optional processing is consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the site integration. Google may nevertheless process information on its infrastructure, including outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in its data-processing terms. Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
Review or change your choice →Your rights and choices
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. The Manage cookies button available on every page immediately stops future audience measurement from this site and removes accessible analytics cookies.
You may exercise your rights with the publisher. If you believe that personal-data rules have not been respected, you may contact the competent supervisory authority in your country; in France this is the CNIL.
