Cyber Resilience Act: preparing the mandatory reporting for 11 September 2026

Article 14 of the Cyber Resilience Regulation applies from 11 September 2026. Manufacturers of products with digital elements must then report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents affecting the security of these products.

AI Act: transparency enforceable since 2 August 2026

Since 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations of Article 50 of the AI Act apply. Providers must in particular design interactive systems so that people know they are interacting with AI and apply machine-readable marking to certain AI-generated or manipulated content.
